Uruguay Provisional Squad
Head coach Oscar Tabarez has announced the 25-man provisional squad, along with three reserves, for World Cup 2014. Striker trio Diego Forlan, Luis Saurez and Edinson Cavani are all named in Uruguayan roster
Defender Sebastian Coates has been given a lifeline after recovering from a serious injury, along with veteran midfielder Sebastian Eguren. Midfielder Sebastian Ramirez, center back Gimenez, midfielder Rodriguez, wing back Alejandro Silva, forwars Hernandez and Stuani all made into the squad
FIFA has a deadline until June 2 by which all teams need to lodge their 23-member World Cup squads
