World Cup football is never complete without the issues or events surrounding it, its never just about the World Cup, its never just about the football. In South Africa is was about the economy and politics, Russia 2018 may face the Ukraine roadblock, Qatar 2022 about the heat and human rights and the current edition Brazil 2014 is often eclipsed by political protests, preparation and progress of the venues to name a few
One issue which was not so serious occurred when PSG and Sweden star Zlatan Ibrahimovich declared that the World Cup without him would not be a World Cup not worth following, just after their defeat to Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal in world cup playoffs

While Zlatan can be considered as a personification of a mix of talent and ego, his comments created a rage on social media. Some supported, other ridiculed him but everyone has been having fun following the story breakout

But the plot took an unexpected turn when some current and former players along with some other celebrities posted a remarkable video message urging Ibra to attend the event. The campaign is supported by a hashtag #vemibra (Come on! Ibra) and went viral all over the internet

The video shows Dani Alves, Ronaldo, Denilson, Bebeto, Ral to name a few urging Ibra to attend the event by naming a few reasons to do so

The aftermath is that Ibrahimovich posted on his Twitter page that he'll now has to alter his travel plans to accommodate Brazil
