Koen Casteels, the third choice goalkeeper for Belgium, recovered enough to confirm his place in the final 23 and the backup Sammy Bossut, who replaced injured Silvio Proto in the provisional squad was left our as Marc Wilmots, Belgium head coach, registered his final roster for the World Cup. Except for Casteels injury concern, the remaining squad was already decided upon and all the six reserves were unneeded for Brazil
