Louis van Gaal, the Netherlands manager, named a squad of 20 for the first training camp as part of his preparations for Brazil 2014. Mostly consisting of Dutch based players, the squad also contains three uncapped players, Luc Castaignos, Terence Kongolo and Jurgen Locadia

The training camp will run for three days and is part of the three camps planned by van Gaal. The foreign based players might join from the second camp onwards which will take place before the scheduled friendly against Ecuador on May 17. van Gaal would also names a provisional 30-man squad before the friendly and they'd be further taking part in the third camp and a couple more friendlies before the final roster is released

Luis van Gaal is planning to announce the mandatory 23-man squad on June 2 just meeting the FIFA deadline
