Croatia's 30-man provisional squad for the World Cup has been released by coach Niko Kovac. Defender Josip Simunic has been left out of the squad as he was banned for 10 games by FIFA for making a pro-nazi salute in a game in November
Srtiker Jelavic, defender Lovren are added to the shortlist along with regulars Eduardo, Kranjcar, Modric among others
Mario Mandzukic will also miss their opening game against Brazil as he was sent away in their last qualifying game
