As expected, Carlos Tevez missed the bus, as Alejandro Sabella announced his 30-man provisional squad for the Brazil World Cup. The talented striker has not featured for Argentina ever since Sabella took over the helm
Demichelis, Rinaudo were surprise call ups while out of form Di Santo is set to join the star studded line up of strikers Messi, Aguero, Higuain, Palacios and Lavezzi. Lamela and Pastore are among those who missed the selection, but injured players Gago, Fernandez, Di Maria got a chance to prove their fitness before the final selection
FIFA has a deadline until June 2 by which all teams need to lodge their 23-member World Cup squads
